1. Novel structure and ingenious working mechanism
The traditional wet dust removal device is a vertical cylindrical structure. The airflow and the spray flow in the opposite direction, and the dust and gas are separated through a large liquid-to-gas ratio. The wet filter dust removal device adopts a horizontal rectangular or square section as a whole. Structure, the spray group, wet filter and water baffle are arranged in a vertical matrix structure on the entire section, which can ensure that the spray can form a uniform water film on the surface of the filter and improve the filtration efficiency. This structure adopts a special wet filter. The device is arranged in multiple stages to achieve the purpose of dust and gas separation. The direction of the defogging plate is 90 degrees to the flow direction of the dewatering water, and the two flow directions do not interfere with each other, thereby improving the efficiency of dehydration and defogging.
2. The dust removal efficiency is significantly improved
Combining various mechanisms such as water mist condensation, water film adsorption, water film filtration, and water mist washing, it has high dust removal efficiency. The single-stage filtration efficiency can reach more than 98% (up to 98.7% measured by the Chongqing Coal Research Institute). Through the multi-stage arrangement, the dust removal efficiency is significantly improved. Generally, the efficiency of the two-stage arrangement can reach more than 99.9%, which is far lower than the national emission standard (the requirement of MT159 is greater than 97%).
3. Low running resistance, less power consumption, and obvious energy saving effect
The resistance of the single-stage structure is lower than 1200Pa, and the resistance of the dual-stage structure is lower than 1500Pa. Due to the small resistance, the power consumption of the operation is low, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving. The wet dust collectors of other domestic manufacturers are generally equipped with axial fans with a counter-rotating structure. The wet dust collectors of our company only need to be equipped with single-stage axial fans. That is, the power consumption is only 50% of that of conventional dust collectors. The effect of energy saving, we can give an example, the KCS-400/D type wet dust collector, the power of the supporting fan is 30kW, and most other domestic manufacturers and CFT dust removal fans need to be equipped with FBDY-2x30 fans. Assuming that the dust removal device works 16 hours a day and operates normally for 300 days a year, and the electricity price of the mine is calculated at an average of 0.7 yuan, the annual electricity cost is 30x16x300x0.7=108,000 yuan. The annual operating electricity cost of other manufacturers is 201,600 yuan. The equipment investment can be recovered in nearly one year.
4. Reduce or avoid filter clogging
The wet dust collector adopts a special structure of wet filter, and adopts a vertical arrangement. Under the action of air flow, slight vibration will be generated. In addition, the spray water mist continuously washes the surface of the filter and forms a water flow, which makes the filter surface play. To the self-cleaning effect, thus, reduce or avoid filter clogging. Long-term stable operation can be maintained without frequent manual cleaning.
5. Simple installation and easy maintenance
Wet dust collectors feature quick-opening inspection doors on the top and sides. Personnel can enter the inside of the dust collector from the inspection door to inspect, install and replace the nozzles, filters, water baffles, etc. Moreover, the defogging water baffle and the filter are composed of several lightweight and modular units, which are installed on the bracket. When damaged, it can be quickly replaced in one piece. The nozzle adopts a special structure and generally does not block.
6. Wide adaptability
Its adaptability is mainly reflected in the following aspects: First, the horizontal wet filter dust removal device is designed for the occasions where the installation height is limited, such as the underground driving face, roadway conveying system and other occasions, and can also be applied to the ground. Dust removal in various working conditions. Second, it can be used in equipment that integrates wet dust removal and desulfurization (where the sulfur content is not high). Third, it has better adaptability to small changes in system flue gas volume. Judging from our existing embodiment, the maximum processing air volume reaches 800000m3/h (220m3/s). Fourth, it is not only suitable for conventional dust-laden gas purification, but also for flue gas purification under special working conditions, such as high-temperature and high-humidity flue gas purification. Fifth, after using conventional dust removal equipment, the emission concentration of flue gas does not meet the standard, and it is necessary to add an ultra-clean device, for example, in the flue gas channel of the existing dust removal device.
On the horizontal section, the device is arranged to replace wet electrostatic precipitator and other ultra-purification equipment.

1. Scope of application
In view of the structural characteristics of the wet filter and dust removal device, it is mainly suitable for the following industries and process occasions:
A. Mainly applicable to metal mine, coal mine and other comprehensive excavation face, gun mining face, belt transfer drop point, unloading point and other working surface dust removal. It can also be used for dust removal of coal bunker, ore depot, coal washing workshop and other mine ground facilities.
B. Dust gas purification with dust content less than 1000mg/m3 and low sulfur content.
C. Ground industrial and mining enterprises of high temperature and high humidity dust gas treatment.
D. Other kinds of hydrophilicity is better, but the purification of hardened dust gas. (Not suitable for gas purification of carbide dust and cement dust)
E. dust gas has the characteristics of paroxysmal, and dust or dust hydrophilic dust purification is better. Such as mining blasting, material loading, unloading and other dust points, iron smelting furnace slag mouth, etc.
F. Especially large smoke volume, low dust concentration, the use of electrostatic precipitator, bag filter and other traditional devices, too much investment, installation site space is insufficient. Such as mine ventilation shaft, subway vent and so on.
G. For the flue gas containing oil components, certain special surfactants can be added to the circulating water to achieve the capture of oil-containing soot.
H. Some other wet dust removal using other structural types, the effect is not good, the export dust concentration can not meet the standard discharge conditions. Such as spray tower, turbulent tower, venturi wet dust removal.
2. Precautions for selection
A. The wet dust collector must have A water source with enough pressure, and the water supply pressure should not be less than 0.4mpa. In addition, the water quality should be good and no coarse particles larger than 1mm should be allowed. Otherwise, a water filter should be added.
B. When the water quality hardness of the water supply is too high, or the calcium and magnesium ions in the dust of the dusty gas are too high, it is possible to scale on the surface of the wet filter. After running for a period of time, the filter can be removed, soaked in dilute hydrochloric acid for about 30 minutes, and then gently shaken off the scale by hand, and then re-installed.
C. The discharge of waste water, there should be a special pipe, in the general mine dust removal system, waste water can be connected to the sewage pipe to discharge the waste water in the roadway drainage ditch, flow back to the mine water tank. In the processing of large air volume on the ground, special circulating pools should be equipped, and the capacity should be designed according to the size of water. The dust content in the dust gas is higher, but also supporting the sludge treatment device.
D. For dusty gas with high sulfur content in the working conditions, should choose the overall stainless steel (304) structure.
E. It is applied to the dust removal of large air volume in ground industrial and mining enterprises, and can be non-standard according to the actual working conditions

3. Related instructions
A. When the wet dust collector leaves the factory, it only includes the dust collector body and the fan part. In the general mine dust removal system, it is necessary to support the negative pressure air duct and pipe support, dust absorption hood, air distributor pressed into the fan, fan starting device (explosion-proof switch) and cable, water filter, water supply and drainage pipe and other facilities. Moreover, different installation methods, the auxiliary facilities supporting the dust collector are not the same, for example, installed in the transfer belt machine, need supporting bracket, negative pressure air pipe support. If it is installed on the monorail crane, the ring and chain are required. The fixed installation should support the feet, etc. Therefore, to fully communicate with the user, clear supply scope and quantity.
B. In the mine dust removal system, considering that the length of the dust removal device should not be too large, the fan only has a rear muffler, but no front muffler. If the user's requirements for muffler are more strict, you can increase the front muffler.
C. For general coal mines, the dust collector only has single stage dust removal, that is to say, the structure as shown in Figure 1. For dust removal in non-coal mines and surface industrial and mining enterprises, the second stage or the combination of two levels and above can be adopted, so as to achieve the purpose of improving efficiency. The combination is shown in Figure 2.
D. For primary and secondary dust removal for mining, the supporting axial fan has only primary host. It's not antispin. For the secondary and above, only supporting the axial fan with contrarian structure.
E. The use of wet dust collector in the underground is generally matched with axial flow fan. In the application of ground industrial and mining enterprises, it can be matched with centrifugal fan.
F. For dusty gas containing high calcium and magnesium ions, easy to produce scale, filter grid plate to spare a set, without affecting the operation of the system, rapid replacement, and then, the scale on the grid plate, through dilute hydrochloric acid immersion, remove the surface scale, and then loaded. The same can be done with the nozzle structure.
G.
